Intern stipends are processed on a monthly basis. After completing your first full month of internship, your stipend will be credited to your registered bank account between the 1st and 7th of the following month. You can track your payment status from your Dashboard under the Payments section.

After submitting your application, log in to your Karya Saarthi account and navigate to the Dashboard. You will see a real-time status tracker showing stages like Submitted, Under Review, Shortlisted, Interview, and Offer. You will also receive email and WhatsApp notifications at each stage update.

For vendor registration, you need: (1) Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN), (2) GST certificate if applicable, (3) Portfolio or work samples relevant to your services, (4) Bank account details for payment processing, and (5) Professional resume or company profile. All documents can be uploaded during the registration process.

Yes, you can apply for multiple roles simultaneously. However, we recommend focusing on roles that best match your skills and experience. Each application is reviewed independently by the relevant department. If you are shortlisted for multiple positions, our HR team will discuss which role suits you best during the interview process.

The Campus Saarthi role operates on a commission-based model. You earn 10% commission on every successful lead or referral that converts into a project. Additionally, top-performing Campus Saarthis receive certificates, recommendation letters, LinkedIn endorsements, and exclusive internship opportunities. It is an excellent way to earn while building your network.

Karya Saarthi has a dedicated anonymous grievance system. Visit the Contact page and select "Raise a Complaint" as the subject. You can choose to submit without providing your name or email. Alternatively, you can use the anonymous feedback form available in your Dashboard under Settings. All complaints are reviewed by a neutral HR committee within 48 hours.

Part-time and remote roles at Karya Saarthi offer flexible working hours. Typically, part-time associates work 3-4 hours per day on a schedule mutually agreed upon with their team lead. Core collaboration hours are 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST for sync meetings, but task completion can be done at your convenience.

The 5 Pillar Post system comprises five key growth roles: Campus Saarthi (college outreach), Digital Saarthi (online marketing), Calling Saarthi (telecalling), Government Saarthi (government projects), and Market Saarthi (field operations). Each pillar has specific KPIs and commission structures. You can apply for the pillar that matches your strengths.

Yes, all interns who successfully complete their internship tenure receive an official experience certificate and a letter of recommendation. Top performers also receive a performance excellence certificate. These certificates are digitally verifiable and can be added to your LinkedIn profile directly from the Dashboard.

Vendor payments are processed on a milestone-based or monthly cycle depending on the project agreement. After milestone approval by the project manager, payment is initiated within 7 working days. You can view all payment details, pending invoices, and payment history from your Vendor Dashboard.
